Delivery area
Online orders are possible for delivery addresses in Germany and in the other member states of the European Union. Within Germany we ship by parcel or by freight forwarder. To the other EU countries we deliver freight goods; the cost is calculated for your delivery address and shown in the shopping cart. Individual parcel items to other EU countries are shipped on request – please email us at vertrieb@truckshop.de or use our contact form. We do not offer deliveries to countries outside the European Union.
Parcel shipping within Germany (DHL)
Shipping costs are charged once per order and depend on the total weight of the items. All amounts include statutory VAT.

Parcel shipments are possible up to a total weight of 31.5 kg. For a higher total weight, please contact us before ordering.
Freight shipping within Germany
Items that cannot be shipped as a parcel because of their weight or dimensions are marked as freight shipping on the product page.
- If your order contains at least one freight item, we calculate the freight cost for your delivery address. It is based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and on the destination. You see the amount in the shopping cart and on the order overview before you order.
- This also applies to several freight items: the amount is charged once in total.
- If the order also contains parcel items, no additional parcel fee is charged.
We also deliver freight goods to the other member states of the European Union. The cost is calculated for your delivery address in the same way and shown in the shopping cart.
Delivery time
The expected delivery time is stated on the respective product page. For payment in advance, we dispatch once payment has been received.
Payment methods
- PayPal – the payment is completed with PayPal during checkout.
- Payment in advance (bank transfer) – you receive our bank details by email with the order receipt confirmation. Please transfer the amount within 14 days, stating your order number. We ship once payment has been received.
